What We Built
This 7.5m x 4m games room, sauna and spa building was designed as an all-in-one entertainment and relaxation space. It includes a self-contained sauna, a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, and a large open-plan games room. The main room features a multi-function games table (pool and table tennis), a bar area and a dartboard with auto scoring, making it ideal for friends and family gatherings.
Outside, there's a 2m x 2m covered, decked canopy that will house a hot tub. The building has 3m black aluminium bifold doors, a matching aluminium window and a black aluminium door to the canopy section. It's fully insulated with heating and electrics throughout, finished in cedar-effect composite cladding with an EPDM rubber roof and uPVC fascias and soffits.

How we approached this project
The project required careful planning to integrate multiple zones – games room, sauna, bathroom and outdoor deck – into a single cohesive building. We worked closely with the client to ensure each area had the right ventilation, drainage and electrical setup while maintaining a seamless exterior finish.

The client now has a complete entertainment and wellness suite just steps from their home. They use it regularly for family gatherings, games nights with friends, and relaxation in the sauna. The covered deck is ready for their hot tub installation.
