All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change based on:

• Site conditions discovered during survey
• Changes in material costs
• Additional work requested by the customer

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to secure your order and begin production. The standard payment schedule is:

• Deposit upon order confirmation
• Progress payments as agreed in your contract
• Final balance upon completion

Specific payment terms will be outlined in your individual contract.

5. Site Requirements

The customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring adequate access for delivery and installation
• Obtaining any necessary planning permissions or building regulations approval
• Providing accurate site measurements and information
• Preparing the base or groundworks unless otherwise agreed
• Ensuring utilities connections are available if required

6. Installation and Completion

Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

We provide a 10-year structural warranty on our garden buildings, subject to:

• Proper maintenance in accordance with our guidelines
• No unauthorised modifications to the structure
• Normal wear and tear exclusions
• Weather-related damage exclusions

Electrical installations are covered by separate certificates and warranties.

8. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of production. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable once production has commenced.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of LouMil Garden Buildings and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
