What We Built
This bespoke garden salon in Birmingham was designed for a stylist who wanted a professional salon environment without the cost and travel of a traditional high-street unit. Built as a fully insulated garden room, this Birmingham garden salon includes an EPDM rubber roof, full electrics and heating so it can be used comfortably all year round.
Externally, the garden building is clad in treated Scandinavian Redwood shiplap cladding for a warm, natural look. A 3m aluminium bifold door floods the space with light and gives a welcoming entrance for clients. Inside, there is a dedicated storage cupboard and a fully plumbed salon backwash unit.

How we approached this project
The salon needed to meet professional standards while fitting into a residential garden. We ensured proper plumbing for the backwash, adequate electrical capacity for salon equipment, and a welcoming entrance that makes clients feel they're visiting a real salon.
