What We Built
This 6.5m x 5m garden room was designed as a complete multi-functional space combining a comfortable lounge area, dedicated office space, and a fully-fitted shower room with toilet. The exterior features stylish slatted composite cladding that gives the building a contemporary, low-maintenance finish.
The main lounge area features elegant herringbone flooring with a striking green feature wall, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Recessed LED ceiling spotlights and wall-mounted up/down lights provide layered ambient lighting throughout. The sliding doors flood the space with natural light, making it ideal for both work and relaxation.
The office area provides a quiet, dedicated workspace, while the shower room is fitted with all necessary plumbing for hot and cold water including a toilet. The thoughtful layout makes the most of the generous 32.5m² footprint while maintaining distinct zones for each purpose.

How we approached this project
Creating three distinct zones – lounge, office and shower room with toilet – within the building required careful planning to ensure each space felt purposeful. The plumbing needed proper routing for both the shower and toilet while maintaining clean interior finishes.
